GETTYSBURG    REMEMBRANCE DAY 2008
Remembrance Day 2008 : a busy day for the 69th at Gettysburg. At 8:00 AM we gathered and
marched to the National Cemetery to honor the 21 men of the regiment buried there. Then, we marched
to the Regimental monument and honored the men who fought and died there in July 1863. This year
we honored Company I which fought on the right flank at the wall. Finally we  marched through the
                                           streets of Gettysburg in parade..
This year's "Hugh Bradley Award" winner -
2nd Lieutenant Scott Eller, a man who is always
ready to help the regiment and honor the lads of
the original 69th "Irish Volunteers"
