Once again the 69th Pa "Irish Volunteers" marched in Philadelphia's Saint
Patrick's Day Parade. This year we were asked to lead the entire parade
as the first contingent in the march. The entire parade of more than 300
units of marching bands, dancers, floats and pipe bands followed the
National and Green Battle Colors of the 69th Pa down the Parkway.
The 69th was awarded a "First Place" prize in this years Saint Patricks
Day Parade.
