The McGarrity March and Ceremony
Each year on the Sunday after Easter, Irish organizations in the Delaware Valley gather at Holy Cross
Cemetery to honor the life and achievements of Joseph McGarrity: Irish / American hero and organizer.
Also honored were Luke Dillon and Danny Cahalane. The 69th color company attended with flags flying
and provided both volley and Irish soil as part of the ceremony at each site.
